Very famous cantonese restaurant specializing in roast goose never disappoints. We ordered a variety of dishes starting with roast goose. It's not as fatty as duck, but just as tasty or tastier. Even the sweet soybeans underneath the meat are really good. Dau miu is not in season, so they substituted other veggies for the dau miu with crab sauce dish. It's just not the same with crab sauce over broccoli. This is another staple cantonese dish that they usually do very well. Eating in a party of 7 allowed us to try a bunch of other dishes. Black pepper beef stir-fried with green peppers and onions was excellent. This is a must-visit for anyone visiting Hong Kong. It's a big restaurant covering several floors, but it's always full, so reservations are required. They also sell lunch boxes with the bbq meat staples over rice (mmmm). I'm getting hungry again as I write this.
