Milagro's seems more tex-mex than mexican and reminds me of Chevy's (I like Chevy's). Best thing about this place is the large al fresco seating area -- in fact, noone was eating indoors -- with big umbrellas shading most tables. Soupa de tortilla was very good and full of chicken, avocado and tortilla. Strings of cheese hung from the spoon at every bite. Throw in a few more tortillas, let them soak, and it could pass for a lunch. Pollo salad was underwhelming, but that says more about pollo salads than anything else. I was miffed at being denied a refill of Arnold Palmer. Given the type of place, I thought free refills would've been a given. Otherwise, decent place to dine on a nice day.
